The Operational Contract.
Governing policies for digital engagement, stadium access, commercial transactions, and global operations.
The Stockholm City Holding Company operates a massive, highly integrated multi-sport infrastructure spanning from the manufacturing hubs of Navi Mumbai to the elite performance arenas of Sweden. To maintain the structural integrity, safety, and commercial viability of this ecosystem, we enforce strict operational boundaries.
By accessing our physical stadiums, engaging with our digital platforms, licensing our technology, or purchasing our private-label equipment, you explicitly accept these mandates. Review the terms of your engagement below.

1. Retail & Private-Label
Equipment Execution.
Stockholm City operates a vertically integrated Indo-Nordic supply chain. By executing a transaction on our Official Store, you agree to our commercial fulfillment policies.
Manufacturing & QA
All physical hardware (e.g., carbon-fiber padel rackets, English willow cricket bats) and aerodynamic apparel are engineered in our certified Indian manufacturing hubs. We guarantee that all products meet absolute professional-grade specifications.
Shipping & Customs
Orders placed within the European Union (EU) are fulfilled directly from our Swedish logistics centers, ensuring rapid dispatch without additional customs friction. For international orders outside the EU, the buyer assumes all financial responsibility for localized import duties, VAT, and customs holding delays.
Frictionless Returns
We offer a 30-day, frictionless return window on all standard apparel and equipment. Items must remain unplayed, unworn, and retain all original factory tagging. Exception: Any customized equipment (e.g., 3D-printed biometric grips, tailored match kits) is strictly non-refundable due to its highly bespoke manufacturing nature.
2. Digital Accounts &
Community Governance.
Access to the Stockholm City ecosystem requires active participation in maintaining a secure, respectful, and legally compliant digital environment.
2.1 Account Security & Ecosystem Access
When creating an account to access the Official Store, Ticketing Portal, or our SaaS platforms, you agree to provide accurate, current information. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your encrypted login credentials. Stockholm City reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraudulent activity, credential sharing, or unauthorized automated access.
2.2 User-Generated Content (UGC)
By posting comments, photos, or videos using official Stockholm City hashtags, or directly to our digital platforms, you grant the Holding Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and global license to utilize, reproduce, and display this content across our marketing channels. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for user-generated content that includes hate speech, illegal acts, or targeted harassment.
3. Digital Platforms &
SaaS Sovereignty.
The digital infrastructure driving our franchise is our most valuable commercial asset. We fiercely protect our proprietary technology, live data feeds, and brand identity across all global jurisdictions.
3.1 The "Apex Performance" SaaS License
External European sports clubs or corporate HR departments licensing our biometric SaaS platforms are granted a restricted, non-transferable, and highly conditional B2B software license. Reverse-engineering the algorithmic code, unauthorized sub-licensing, or attempting to scrape our proprietary injury-prediction models constitutes a severe breach of contract resulting in immediate platform termination and litigation.
3.2 Platform Abuse & Data Scraping
The Stockholm City Live Match Center and Web Ecosystem are for personal and authorized B2B use only. The use of automated bots, spiders, or unauthorized API calls to scrape live match data, biometric telemetry, or ticketing availability is strictly prohibited. Violators will face immediate IP bans and prosecution under European cybercrime statutes.
3.3 Copyright & Broadcast Sovereignty
The Stockholm City crest, our custom typography, official matchday broadcast footage, tactical heat-maps, and digital VOD archives are the exclusive intellectual property of the holding company. Unauthorized rebroadcasting or commercial exploitation will be pursued aggressively by our legal desk.
4. The Arena Mandate.
Our stadiums are engineered for elite athletic execution and premium fan experiences. We enforce strict protocols to protect our broadcast partners and our athletes.
4.1 Ticket Sovereignty
Encrypted distribution & anti-scalping
4.1 Ticket Sovereignty
Matchday tickets, VIP suite passes, and season memberships are digitally encrypted and non-transferable without official authorization via the Stockholm City portal. The resale of tickets on unauthorized third-party scalping platforms will result in the immediate cryptographic voiding of the ticket without refund.
4.2 Digital Piracy & Broadcasting
Protection of matchday IP
4.2 Digital Piracy & Broadcasting
To protect our multi-million euro international broadcast syndication, fans and attendees are strictly prohibited from live-streaming matches (via mobile devices, social media, or other broadcast tools) from inside the stadium. Authorized short-form video for personal social media is permitted, but sustained live broadcasting will result in immediate ejection and ticket revocation.
4.3 Attendee Image Rights
Global broadcast consent
4.3 Attendee Image Rights
By entering any Stockholm City arena, attendees grant the franchise and its broadcast partners the irrevocable, worldwide right to use their image, voice, and likeness in live or recorded video displays, broadcasts, and marketing materials without compensation.
4.4 Season Memberships
Auto-renewal clauses
4.4 Season Memberships
Season tickets and digital memberships operate on an auto-renewal basis. To prevent automated billing for the upcoming season, cancellations must be submitted formally via the user portal 30 days prior to the commencement of the new term.
4.5 Zero-Tolerance Conduct
Anti-hooliganism protocol
4.5 Zero-Tolerance Conduct
Stockholm City operates an aggressive, zero-tolerance policy against racism, sexism, physical violence, pitch invasions, or the deployment of unauthorized pyrotechnics. Violators will face immediate ejection by stadium security, a permanent lifetime ban from all Stockholm City assets, and direct referral to Swedish law enforcement.
5. Sporting Integrity &
Anti-Corruption.
Stockholm City is a target for global sports betting syndicates. We operate under the absolute highest standards of sporting integrity to protect the legitimacy of the Nordic Smash T20, our Padel circuits, and European football matches.
5.1 Insider Information & Betting Bans
All Stockholm City athletes, coaching staff, executive board members, and stadium personnel are strictly prohibited from placing wagers, directly or indirectly, on any Stockholm City fixture. Furthermore, the passing of "inside information" (e.g., unannounced injuries, pitch conditions, or tactical formations) to external parties for the purpose of gambling is a severe criminal offense resulting in immediate termination and referral to international sports integrity tribunals.
6. B2B Corporate Wellness
Liability.
Stockholm City’s indoor arenas and VIP executive suites are high-demand institutional assets. Corporate bookings are governed by strict legal parameters to ensure operational efficiency.
6.1 Deposit & Cancellation
- All high-ticket bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit upon the execution of the B2B contract.
- Cancellations executed within 30 days of the scheduled event forfeit all remaining balances due to the complex logistical requirements of our clinical sports-science teams.
6.2 Medical Liability Waivers
Participation in our Corporate Wellness retreats involves intense physical exertion, sub-zero cryotherapy (-110°C), and VO2 max testing. Every individual executive must sign a personalized medical liability waiver and disclose pre-existing cardiovascular conditions prior to accessing the performance labs.
7. Legal Shielding &
Dispute Resolution.
7.1 Force Majeure
Stockholm City Holding Company shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations (including match cancellations, event postponements, or supply chain delays) caused by events beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to: severe adverse weather, acts of God, pandemics, labor strikes, terrorism, or government-mandated facility closures. In such events, ticket refunds or event rescheduling remain at the absolute discretion of the holding company.
7.2 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY EUROPEAN AND SWEDISH LAW, THE STOCKHOLM CITY HOLDING COMPANY, ITS BOARD OF DIRECTORS, INVESTORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR PHYSICAL FACILITIES, DIGITAL SAAS PLATFORMS, OR E-COMMERCE SUPPLY CHAINS.
7.3 Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
Any disputes arising from your interaction with the Indo-Nordic ecosystem—including digital transactions, stadium access, or SaaS licensing—shall be resolved through binding, confidential arbitration. By accepting these terms, you explicitly waive your right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Stockholm City.
7.4 Governing Law & Severability
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Kingdom of Sweden. Any legal action or institutional dispute shall be resolved solely within the jurisdiction of the courts located in Stockholm, Sweden. If any provision of these terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
